We have our own Research and Development department where we thrive for further improvements.
We also have our own testing facilities. All our production is thoroughly tested as per specifications of the order and are only dispatched subject to our independent quality control approval. Besides testing at our works, we randomly test the wire from each lot at Government approved laboratories so we can be 100% sure that the stainless steel wire works best for you. Also, all our dispatches are accompanied with EN 10204 / 3.1 B or your country specific certificates.
To best serve each individual requirement or application, if every order or enquiry contains the following information, it will help MBW specialists to provide the wire that will work best for you.
Quality : Specify AISI type or your country specifications or chemical composition.
Size : Specify diameter in inches, mm or SWG.
Tolerance : Standard h9 tolerance shall be applied unless specified.
Finish : Specify surface finish or coating if required.
Mechanical and Physical Properties : We need Tensile Strength, Elongation and Yield Strength if possible.
Coil Wt. and Coil ID : Specify the range acceptable.
Application : Specify the end use of the wire.
Testing : Specify if any special testing is required.
Quantity : Specify your requirement.
Shipping: Provide any special information if required.
